BabelFace is a reverse face search engine. You upload a photo, and we compare its facial fingerprint against our index of publicly available images to surface potential matches. We offer the following tiers:
You agree to keep your account contact information accurate. BabelFace is only a search engine and bears no responsibility for the quality of search results, the websites associated with those results, or the content hosted on those sites.
Prohibited activities. You may not use the Services for any:
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Services and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without justification. Cancellation does not entitle you to reimbursement except as set out in the Refunds section. We may suspend or terminate your access if you: disrupt provision of the Services; default on payment; violate applicable law or these Terms; infringe third-party rights; or provide inaccurate personal information. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease immediately, though you remain liable for any charges already incurred.
All payments must be made in advance, before using the paid Services. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Upon cancellation of a subscription, you may continue to access the Services through the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund requests apply only to orders placed within the calendar month preceding the month in which the request is made. You are not eligible for a refund where, during the relevant period, you have used the Services in a way that consumed their value, including:

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no guarantees regarding reliability, accuracy, or data security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabelFace disclaims responsibility for: the performance or failure of the Services; third-party content or services accessed through the Services; data loss, delays, or misdirected communications; and the content of any linked website. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and the protection of your own systems.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabelFace, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to review and change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BabelFace is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
To use the Services you must have suitable hardware, an internet connection, and a compatible web browser. We recommend you protect your account with a strong password of at least 8 characters.
